Small town America

a street with cars parked on the side of a building: The population of Hamilton, Mont., is 4,728, up more than 10 percent since 2010. Retail outlets fill Main Street, which is bracketed by mountain views.

A small vibrant town within the beautiful skyline of Montana, these type of towns are the forgotten towns here in America, as with most and from all the hype built up about the big cities like New York, these small towns are the back bone of America, as they have been thriving for many years and will continue to thrive in the future of America.

There is so much nostalgia within these small towns, they are a great place to visit, to truly see how they have become to thrive for so long. The beauty of the mountains all around you just add even more ambiance to the feel of the small town. Within this picture you see no big chains, as the smaller one person ownership stores cover the sidewalks of the street, this is what makes these type of towns so special, simply because the big corporations and the big chain stores and restaurants, haven’t had a chance to come in and ruin all the true beauty of this great town.

Just like in the movie First Blood starring Sly Stallone, when he walked down the main street of town with the mountains all around him, only difference here is, this is reality and truly as beautiful as it gets. We all can go visit places like this and walk the sidewalks of main street, experience the ambiance and the special bond of all the towns people. Definitely as you walk down these streets you will notice a huge difference, in the temperament of the people, compared to like………….. The streets of New York city.

Back in the days of when small towns like this was the norm, America was truly great and we all respected each other, we all watched out for one another, we all helped one another, now within this society we are so far removed from one another, that we don’t know who is around us anymore. You go to your job and it’s every man for himself as others think nothing of back stabbing you, so they can get ahead of you, drive down the street and everybody speeds past you just to get ahead then hit the breaks to slow down. Neighbors………… I remember when they all where close friends and all looked out for each other, now you don’t even talk to the ones next door, let alone know them.

Yes these small towns still exist, just that they are far and few between, as in today’s world it is all about the corporation, as these corporations have complete control of us all, unlike the days of yesteryear. Now unlike in a corporation, which is controlled by a board of directors, the businesses in this small town and other towns like it, are owned by an Individual, which makes them a lot easier to walk up to, the ones who make up a board of directors, all they want is for you to make them money, for as little money that they give you for a days work, this is where the miscommunication of this society starts, plus the fact that our so called leaders, within the walls of Washington DC, have their hands out for the kick backs and then vote any way that the corporations want them, which now we the little guy are the ones who totally lose out. Even a CEO of a corporation is controlled by the board of directors and if he doesn’t run the corporation the way they want, well then…………… He is replaced for someone that will.

I prefer small town America over the corporate world America that it has become, a simple place in a simple life, true you still had to work hard moving forward within the small towns, but at least you could still benefit from the hard work, as now within the corporations, the only ones who benefit are the board of director’s, the rest of us are left on the outside looking in. The sad reality of the society for which we live, but it is never too late to change this reality for the better of us all, yes it may be hard to fight against the corporations, as they have all the power right now, but the fight will be worth it, with a huge benefit to us all being, we all can get back to truly knowing one another again, become one once again, as we come together in unity, to once again help each other and bond with each other, without attacking each other, with every turn we take, as we walk our paths through this journey of life.

” The CEO is really not the Boss, it is the board of directors with all the power today”

” Small town America so beautiful and so much more relaxing, over the corporate world of today”

” Basically we all work for free, while the corporations make all the cash”

” Time for us all to work together without attacking one another anymore”
