Respect and Honor

Slide 1 of 25: US President Donald J. Trump, with First Lady Melania Trump, salutes the casket containing the body of former US President George H.W. Bush in the Rotunda of the US Capitol in Washington

Within this Society of today, there are two things for which we have not only taken for granted, but we buried these two things so deep, we have forgotten just what they are anymore. The two items in question are, Respect and Honor and with this picture, that speaks very loudly with no words, has Respect and Honor front and center before all our eyes to see.

George HW Bush was a great man that with his life long actions of 94 years, has truly deserved all of our respect, with 100% of us all Honoring him and his family at their time of great loss. True that he came from money, but with our past President he didn’t care, as with his actions proves of just how great he was. He went into our military and fought through World War two, true he may not of been all that charismatic like some other past Presidents, but President George HW Bush had his own way about him and that way is, what brought him into legendary status and one of the true greats, within the history of the United States of America.

This picture really needs no words, as the image itself speaks louder than any words can, the Respect of one President toward another and Honoring his great life with a salute, as his journey has sadly come to an end. Then there is the First Lady, with her hand placed directly over heart, while she shows Respect and Honoring him at his journey’s end. The red and white roses for his true love of his country, with his casket draped with the colors of the American flag. President George HW Bush may not of been a man with many words, but his actions spoke very loudly, as with this picture that needs no words, with the images of the picture speaking as loudly, as any words could ever speak.

Now go and Rest in Peace President George HW Bush, your mission is complete with all that you have done personally and toward your country, you have raised a great family, as now it is their time to truly show you of just how great they are with their actions. You have a lovely Wife of 73 years waiting for you in your new home within Heaven, she is waiting for you to come to her, take her hand and whisk her away,as you did 73 years ago, so now you both can be back together, within the peace and the happiness that Heaven is all about. Yes it is true we will miss this great man, but his Wife Barbara Bush is calling him home once again, to live within the love, happiness and the peace, which is what makes up Heaven and one day as we all walk our paths of this journey through life correctly as our past President, we to can enjoy the love, happiness, and peace as well, with no reservation.

“Honor and Respect go hand in hand as with them both, there are no words , just great actions and a big warm heart”

” Let’s not forget Dignity, as with the Honor and Respect, gives you great dignity of a job well done”

” It has been said that a picture is worth a thousand words? That is because, a picture like this needs no words, but yet speaks very loudly”

Saying good-bye to a Great Man and a Mayor of Diversity in the City of Boston

GEDSC DIGITAL CAMERA

Mayor Tom Menino was not just the Mayor of the City of Boston, he was a great man that brought diversity to the City, he didn’t want just lip service to do something, he wanted you to back up those words with actions.

Mayor Menino’s last trip through the city he loved, shows the diversity that will ultimately become his legend, people standing side by side from all walks of life, applauding and saying thank you as he drives by in the hearse, these people coming together because of the actions of a great man and Mayor of the city of Boston.

This diversity shows even bigger inside the church, which will hold his service and is the same church that baptized him as a young boy, you have a wide variety of diversity inside the church, all by invitation only, handpicked by the Mayor himself before he passed, these people inside are from all walks of life, the Mayor didn’t care who you were, as he treated and judged everybody as equals, when you were hurt and in need of support, it was Mayor Menino that would always show up and reached out his hand to you in support for what ever you needed, the Mayor held everybody accountable of their words to bring them to action, he was the type of person that he didn’t just talk the talk, he also walked the walk and expected everybody around him to do the same.

Mayor Menino was a Human Being as we all are Human Beings that walk a journey through life, if we all showed just 10% of the Mayor’s qualities, this planet Earth in which we all walk our journey’s, would be more of love of one another, instead of all the bickering and hate that surrounds us now, Mayor Menino was a special man, a man that would always listen and reach out to show support for you, when he said he would do something, he did what he said, he also didn’t care where you were from, or who you were, he always looked at his fellow man as an equal and someone that was walking a journey through life, as he walked his journey through his life, he walked his journey as his favorite song would say “I did it my way”, sung by the late Frank Sinatra.

Mayor Menino you will always have a place in all our hearts and hopefully we all can see your true message of your journey, as we move forward showing this message, by reaching out a helping hand to one another, by showing more love of one another no matter who you are, or what walk of life you come from, Mayor Menino did this everyday of his journey and he did it like the song, ” I did it my way”.

May you RIP Mayor Menino and thank you for all you did, for everybody of the city of Boston.

” respect and dignity goes a long way on our journey of life, it is time we all see just how far they will take us”

” Diversity is each and every one of us as Human Beings that walk this Earth, we are all unique in our own way, but yet very equal as Human beings that walk a journey through life”

Mayor Menino was more than a Mayor…….

Mayor Thomas Menino might of been the Mayor of the city of Boston, but to a Human Being of this Society here on this planet Earth, he was a great man and one that should be looked up to and looked at as a role model for all to try to achieve in being like him.

Mayor Menino was the Mayor of Boston for 20 years, the longest tenure of any Mayor of the City’s past, he gave everything to the city and the people out of the love from his heart, he loved his job, he loved his role in the community and he loved meeting with all the citizens of the city everyday of his tenure, Mayor Menino had great support around him in his Wife and family, which made his love of people flourish even that much more, if we all had just 10% of Mayor Menino’s qualities inside us, this Society and all the Planet would be a better place to live, with more love of each other instead of all the hatred that is out there.

Mayor Menino was a great man as now he is sitting in heaven with God and Jesus, may he rest in peace after all the great work he did here on Earth, prayer’s and thoughts go out to all his family and his friends, as Mr. Menino had plenty of them, Mayor Menino was a great leader and helped rejuvenate the city of Boston in many ways, as someone that lived in the city while in college at the time he first came in as Mayor, to reflect on that time to present time, he has changed the city for the better in many ways,  he also treated everybody around him with respect and dignity no matter who you were, he never judged you by the way you looked on the outside, as he always saw what was on the inside and helped in any way that he could, as a great leader he knew just how to lead properly and when he needed he ruled with an iron fist, but always did it while showing you dignity and respect.

Mayor Menino was always a Human Being first and the Mayor second, with all the Boston sports teams and their championships, it was he that had the idea of the rolling rallies with the duck boats, well I say give the Mayor one last look at the city he built and changed, by giving him a ride on the duck boats through the streets of Boston, so he can have one last look of the city he loved and the people of Boston can have one last look at the Mayor they loved and held dear.

Mayor Menino may you rest in peace, as you look down on the city you loved so dearly and see the fruits of your labor prosper, as the people you love keep your memory strong in all they do, just as a true Bostonian would do in the name of #bostonstrong.

P.S. Please say hello to Martin, Linzi, Crystal and Officer Collier, let them know we all think of them often and we will never forget in our prayers.

” Mayor Menino was a great man, that put his love of his job and the city he ran for 20 years, above all else, cause he believed in everybody regardless of who you were”

” The legacy of Mayor Menino would be of, when you treat people with respect and dignity, the love will pour like water out of a faucet, with no room for any kind of hatred at all”
