We are all Victims of Judgments

GEDSC DIGITAL CAMERA

” A Widow in that town used to come to him and say, ” Render a just decision for me against my adversary.”

*** LK 18:3

We throughout this Society are all Victims of these just decisions/judgments, as we pass judgments on each other and even without knowing truly of the facts of our judgments. We get so caught up within all the technology around us, that we then lose the biggest part of who we are and that is, the Personal touch of face to face interactions. In order to react to each other with our true feelings and our caring nature that is within us, we have to first come out from behind the technology, learn the true trait of face to face interaction, so we then can learn to trust each other once again and as we get our trust of each other back, we then can render a true judgment of each other, as we walk our paths through this journey of life, within the peace and happiness that this journey is suppose to be all about.

In a lot of ways technology has made our lives easier, but with this easy part of the technology, we have also become so lazy, that none of us are willing to put in the work needed, in order to walk through this journey with confidence and we also have become afraid to interact with each other face to face. When we don’t interact properly, we then put false judgments on each other, which not only hurts the ones we are judging, it also hurts ourselves and our Society as a whole.

A Judgment is not the final ruling on who we are, or who we have become as we walk through this journey, but yet we take these judgments to seriously, as we don’t know where the true judgments are anymore. We have become a culture of judging as we judge everything and anything, as we walk our paths through this journey. When we judge everything around us, we then lose the biggest part of ourselves and that is, our true Empathy that is within us all. Without this Empathy we then lose the feeling of God’s love within our hearts and find it very difficult to follow in the footsteps of his only son……. Jesus Christ.

We are so removed from the journey of Jesus Christ and so far into all the technology around us, we are all guilty of losing the biggest part of who we are, as well as losing the feeling of Empathy deep within our core. Yes this technology can help us move forward stronger and better, but we first have to understand it and use it properly, without losing the true face to face interactions, which helps us keep in touch with our true feelings of empathy and helps us trust in each other. As we then put false judgment on each other. These false judgments are doing nothing but bring this hatred and chaos to all our paths and are forcing us to move backward instead of forward. Quite simply…… Let’s get back to the journey of Jesus Christ, remember all that he taught us, while he shared the true love of God with all that is around him ( as he still lives within all of us), Then as we walk our paths through this journey of life, we can also share the same love with each other, so we all can move forward better and stronger, while we live peacefully and in happiness everyday of this journey.

” This picture of Franconia Notch in New Hampshire with the calm water, shows the beauty of true peace which keeps us all focused on truly being of who we are”

” Technology was designed to help us move forward better and stronger, not bring out the drama and the hate as we hide behind it with no face to face interaction”

” Face to face interactions keeps us in tune with each other, so we can never lose touch with our Empathy and share the love of God within our hearts, with each other”

The White Mountain Region of New Hampshire

GEDSC DIGITAL CAMERA

This is one of the most beautiful notches within the White mountain Region, known as Franconia Notch with some of the best hikes for the adventurous types. Lafayette, Liberty, little Haystack, the Flume, just some of the peaks within this Notch and when high above the tree’s and along the ridge of these mountains, the view will take your breathe away. Looking across to the other mountain which would be to my right as I took this picture, is Cannon mountain, lively with skiing in the winter and mostly known for the old Man of the mountain throughout my lifetime, til a few short years ago and erosion has brought him to his demise,   one of the most viewed landmarks throughout all of New England, he brought many lookers to this beautiful Notch. Now unless you are a Hiker and are hiking this beautiful Notch, the traffic just drives by without really looking deeply into what they see.

Just to the right of center in this picture within this large rock face you see, just below the top, there is a huge rock, visible to those who walk along the ridge above the tree’s, this rock is hanging almost like by a thread and it has been like this as long as I can remember, well……. if this rock someday falls as the face of the Old man of the mountain did, it would go down it’s peak, across the road below and up Cannon mountain and whatever is in its way, it will simply run it over as it is that big.  Hiking through this Notch and accomplishing each Summit, there is no better feeling in the World, especially hiking up mount Lafayette, i can remember about five false summits, every time I thought the summit was in sight and when I got to that location, there was another to reach, but even through all that the view from the summit was better than the word of ” awesome”, if you reached the summit and it was a beautiful sunny day with blue clear skies, you can see as far as your eyes will let you. There is another one of those AMC huts for the weary Hiker to rest and get a good meal, this is the Green leaf hut and when you get there, get settled in and go outside to sit on a rock, look at the scene before you, there is no better way to unwind from a days hike, let alone to clear your mind from being weary, to totally relaxed before you know it, again this hut is above the line of tree’s and you can see clearly in all directions, or whatever window you may look out from inside the hut.

Hiking is a good way to clear your mind, from the everyday crap that fills it, from wherever you may live. It is also good exercise that will keep you fit if you do a lot more than one hike a year? Hiking and meditation go hand in hand, as the hike to the summit may be strenuous and weary, but when you reach the summit, now it is time to relax and clear the mind, as meditation will do. When you sit on top of any summit, you gaze deeply into the horizon, while you breathe in and breathe out properly, which then relaxes all your muscles within your body, then you feel a sense of calm over whelm your body, this calmness helps fix yourself from whatever that is troubling you, it makes these troubles seem like they are melting away, then as we start the journey back down the mountain and back to the real World below, it is our memory of this sense of calmness, that helps us keep fixing ourselves from all our troubles, as we then get back to walking our paths of this journey through life, with the rest of Mankind around us.

” Franconis Notch to some may be a road surrounded by mountains, but to others it is a sanctuary away from reality to unwind and relax, while we get mesmerized by its beauty”

” Old Man of the Mountain was a popular man for a long time, but like anything else change comes even when you least expect it”

” Once you go to the White mountains  for the first time, you keep going back to truly look deeply into what you see”

” When you look deeply into what you see, you then see truly of all the beauty that is around you”

Troubling times throughout this Journey

GEDSC DIGITAL CAMERA

This to some that may not know, is known as a Fallout Shelter, it protects us from harm as it is built into the Earth, with thick concrete walls and thick steel doors, keeping you from whatever is trying to harm you. This could help protect you from natural disasters, like Tornadoes and Hurricanes, or it can help you escape War’s like back in the Era of World War 1 and 2. People back in the Era of the War’s were building these on their properties, as they wanted to feel safe from what was unknown. We all Fear the unknown it is completely normal as much as we may think? So when the more fortunate ones built these Shelters and stocked them with supplies needed, it gave them a feeling of peace, knowing they had a place to escape what Feared them, or whatever ugliness was around them.

With these Fallout Shelters and keeping us safe from the ugliness around us, who then is suppose to keep us safe from each other? Everyday on the news and what we may see with our eyes, there are some who are attacking those around us, these attacks range from a wide variety of different kinds of attacks both physical and mentally. This definitely was not the vision God expected, when he created all of Mankind.  These attacks are all on us, the People who walk their paths along this Journey of Life.

Physical Abuse, Mental Abuse, they may come to us differently, but they leave the same scars deep within our Souls, they hurt us in ways that it turns us into someone we truly are not, they affect that inner Child that is deep within all of us, which leaves that Child in so much pain, that it never grows properly, as we never grow properly around it. The Abuser does nothing but create Victims and most Victims then become an Abuser, it is one big vicious circle, that we all need to look deeply into, so we can break the links of this circle and all live peacefully with happiness everyday.

Abuse of any kind should never be tolerated, but behind this Abuse is an Individual hurting deeply within themselves, an Individual that is so lost within the clouds of their judgments, that they can’t see where they are going along their path of this journey, they have lost all respect and trust of everything around them, so they then lash out trying to end their own pain from hurting them anymore. Trust is a big part of an Individual that is hurting, as without it they feel there is nowhere to turn, in order for them to heal from their pain. When an Individual becomes a Victim of any kind of Abuse, they stop walking their paths and simply wander in circles, just trying to get rid of the pain that has engulfed them deep inside, they lose the trust of all that is around them, which then has them losing all respect of everything around them as well.

When we hurt deep inside, it is not just ourselves that hurt, it is that Inner Child deep within all of us that hurts deeply as well. When this Child grows properly, then we ourselves grow properly with it and become better and stronger moving forward, but when that Child hurts it stops us from moving forward and become stagnate throughout this journey. The way we properly heal ourselves from our troubles is, not only forgiving ourselves, but forgiving that Child as well. Just like we Nourish, Feed, clothe and take care of our Children in our Families, we need to do the same of that Inner Child within us all, as we walk our paths through this journey of life, we can do so in Peace and Happiness everyday.

” Fallout Shelters protects us from any harm that may come to us, but true forgiveness of ourselves can protect us from the harm that will come to all of us”

” We all have an Inner Child within us, we need to take better care of this Child so we all can prosper and be better along this journey”

” Trust, Respect and Forgiveness are the true factors of our lives and these factors we all take for granted”

The Journey into the unknown….

GEDSC DIGITAL CAMERA

Going hiking to some is just a daily trek up a mountain and then return to the comforts of their home. Hiking for those Outdoor types that like to go from mountain to mountain, is a journey through the unknown and exploring everything around them, as they take in the true beauty of Mother Nature.

Most hikes when you start the daily journey, is a beautiful sunny day at the bottom of the mountain, except if your hiking in the winter then your blazing a trail through the snow as you go. In either case you still have to keep an eye to the sky, as during your trek to the summit the weather can change quicker than you can snap your fingers, which is why you always have to be prepared for anything, as you trek to the summit of the mountain.

Hiking any mountain you always have to be prepared no matter what elevation you are hiking to. When you don’t wear the proper shoes, then blisters can be a major disappointment along your trek and reason for not making the summit of the mountain, not just blisters but what if you should twist an ankle and either sprain or break an ankle? Now you will definitely not be making any summit of any mountain, which makes for having a good first aid kit in your pack you carry on your back. Now having a first aid kit and the proper supplies in it is one thing, the knowing of how to make use of those supplies is a totally different thing, which then brings the knowing of first aid and doing the right thing, so you can get back to your car and getting good medical treatment, so your ankle heals properly. Inside the kit you may have bandages and tape, but knowing how to gather some twigs along the path and making a splint and wrapping it so it stays still, then finding a good walking stick to act as a crutch, will only keep some of the discomfort to a minimum, so you can get back down safely.

The backpack is a vital tool to all Hiker’s, no matter what size mountain, or how long a trek you plan on taking. First it needs to fit comfortable on your back, with a waist belt that takes the load of your shoulders and distributes that weight on your hips, so you can feel comfortable along your journey. The pack itself should have no more than 100 to 130 pounds inside it, depending on the journey you are taking? With that said, it is important to know the right things to pack within the pack for your journey. The most important item on the list of things in the pack is the first aid kit, next would be survival tools for just in case you wander off the path and become lost, like a good bright flashlight to signal as the sun turns to the dark of the night sky, most definitely some waterproof matches if you don’t know how to make a fire without them? This will help you keep the chill away and keep your body temperature at a point above hyperthermic  stage, a good survival knife in your pack will help you in many ways, along with some string so you can tie the knife to a good branch and make a good fishing tool in case you need to catch a fish, so you can cook a meal on the fire you made back at your camp for the night, you need protein to stay sharp and find your way out of where you are. Hiking along any path and trekking into Mother Natures wilderness can seem like a lot of work, but the work is small if you truly want to enjoy and have a good journey no matter where you walk in the great outdoors.

Being prepared along any journey you may walk in your lifetime, is key to having a safe journey and having successful trek along any path throughout this journey of life. The knowledge of knowing how to be prepared and how to react to any situation, will only help you to be ready for whatever that may cross your path, along this journey through life, or whatever journey you may be on, as you trek up the mountain in front of you, or the mountain of life we all are on. We all may take a different path, but the journey is all the same, as we try to walk through as safe and with as much happiness and joy as we can.

” Being safe and being happy are what we all want throughout any journey we are on throughout this journey of life”

” Preparedness is the key to walking this journey of life, or just trekking up a mountain that is in front of us”

” The beauty of Mother Nature is all around us, we just have to be safe and stop to truly see the beauty that is around us”

Winter keeps its hold, as Mother Nature shines…….

winter monadnock               This picture is at the driving range at the Gardner golf course in Gardner Massachusetts. There may be no green but there is a golf course under this white blanket called snow, right now Mother Nature is protecting the greens with her beauty and getting the greens ready for yet another season of golf.

Some may look at this white stuff called snow and be saying, please no more! We are done and want Spring to bring the flowers. Just as the beauty of the flowers brings us Spring and warmer weather, the snow of the winter has its own beauty, just like inside each one of us, there is beauty in everything, you just have to look deeply inside what you are looking at.

Within the background of this picture, you see a mountain, this is Mount Monadnock in Jaffrey, NH. Just a few miles from Gardner and the most hiked mountain in the World. To see this mountain from the driving range of the golf course is a beautiful site, but to see it topped with a white blanket, really brings out the beauty of the mountain. When you hike this mountain no matter what the season, then see it from a far covered with a white blanket of snow, you truly see the beauty of this mountain, you truly have a respect for the mountain and not just seeing it as something to do, or an object in which to get some exercise on.

When you first see this picture, you may not see the beauty of the green grass, the beauty of the trees in full bloom, or even anybody practicing their swings for the golf course across the street, but when you truly look deeply into this picture, you see more beauty than you ever imagined. The true beauty is the work of Mother Nature, what she has done to get the Earth ready, for us to enjoy yet another beautiful Spring season, then yet another Summer season, so we can enjoy ourselves outside while we bask within the sunlit skies.

There is a lot more to life, than just taking a picture for the memories, it is more about enjoying life before it is too late, enjoying everything around you and really looking deeply into what you see. Sometimes things happen to us that robs us from the true beauty, we then see things with our clouded sight and try to move on, without seeing the true beauty of, not only ourselves, but of everything around us.

We all walk our paths along this journey of life, we all have our struggles that sometimes takes us over, but when we stay true to who we are, stay true to our real feelings and emotions, have complete faith in not only ourselves, but complete faith in God, we will always look deeply into what we see, we will see the true beauty in all that is around us and within ourselves as well, we will also see others as a living, breathing person, instead of an object that is in our way. Sometimes we as people need help to look deeply into what we see, but we are so stubborn that we never ask for the help til it is too late, but it is never too late, as we never give ourselves a chance, to truly see the beauty of what we see.

” We may think winter is keeping a hold on us, but it is Mother Nature trying to get us to see its true beauty”

” We as people of this Society only can see what we want to see, but if we look deeply into what we see, we can see a whole lot more and the true beauty of all that is around us”
