With faith, the storm will never last

” He woke up, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, ” Quiet! Be still”. The wind ceased and there was a great calm, Then he asked them, ” Why are you terrified? Do you not yet have faith”?”.

Mk 4:39-40

When Jesus came to us and walked his path of this journey here with us, he was so calm always, but some never wondered of his calmness, with each turn along his path. Jesus was always calm with each step along his path simply because, he had total faith in his father, the creator of all Mankind, to provide him with the right tools needed to walk with confidence, so he could walk through any storm, to get to the calmness of the light on the other side. Faith is the keyword here, and faith is something we today have lost, through all the chaos around us today.

With all the chaos around us today, the clouds of our judgments have become really thick, so thick that we can not see clearly what is right in front of us. We overlook all the little things in life, then make like everything that we do see, is only for us ourselves, without giving a thought that, what may be in front of us, is also in front of all others around us. We have become so self-centered that, not only have we lost empathy for others, we have lost all faith in ourselves, as well as everything around us. Without any kind of faith, there is no confidence, and when we have no confidence, then whatever we may do will never be easy, as we think that we are totally alone, within this journey we walk.

Jesus Christ showed us many things as he walked this journey with us, the one thing that he showed us, that today we take so for granted is, to not only have faith in ourselves, but to have total faith in him, so we to can walk through this journey with the confidence he had, plus be as calm as he was while walking with the faith in his father. Without the confidence and the faith, you can see where that is taking us, we have become so consumed with the chaos, that we do not look at the little things anymore, and we look at everything around us as bigger than life, that will bring great pain and hurt, to which we then fear everything that will come before us along our paths of this journey.

When we walk our paths of this journey as Jesus showed us, we can truly see that we all walk the same journey, just different paths. We will also see that, when we have empathy for each other, we then will help each other, without even thinking about it. When we help one another, this is where the confidence in what we do comes to us, this is how we learn from the little things, so everything else does not surprise us and bring us pain and hurt. Yes, we will go through many storms in this journey, but with the faith in ourselves as well as Jesus Christ, the storms will pass, bringing us to the other side, within the light and away from the darkness of the storm.

Sometimes the dark clouds above us will seem so thick, and seem like they will never end? This is where our faith in ourselves and in Jesus needs to be at its strongest, Without faith, we will never get to the light, we will never have any confidence, which then leads us to great pain and bitterness along the paths we walk of this journey. We then let the doubt of all things around us, which then leads us into the power of denial, that then strips us of who we truly are. Yes, the grip of denial is very powerful, and it will control every fiber of your mind, body, and soul, but when we have the faith in ourselves and Jesus Christ, then the doubt and the denial of the storm above us, will never last, as the dark clouds above us, become thinner and the light starts to shine through them, that then leads us to the path of righteousness, that Jesus showed through this journey.

When the dark clouds are so thick above us, and we have lost all faith, we know become all wrapped up deep within ourselves, and never put forth our hands, to give anyone around us something to hold on to, as they try to pull us from the storm that surrounds us along our path. We are so deep within ourselves, that we see nothing or no one that may be around us. As we are deep within ourselves, yes we may cry, but because we are so deep, the tears fill up all the cracks around us, and we may seem like we are drowning? The wet tears may not have a place to go away from us, only because we hold them back, which then make it seem like the waters of the storm, are violently attacking us, which make it seem like there is no end to the storm? Only when we keep the faith in ourselves, as well as Jesus Christ, do we find that the tears will flow away from us, which help us extend our hand, so the hand of another can and will, pull us from the storm and help us into the light, leaving the storm behind us, as we move forward along our path, through this journey of life.

There will be other smaller journeys within this bigger journey of life, these are the journeys that help us with our faith and our confidence, like for instance, climbing that mountain before us. Sometimes when the weather becomes bad, that has the mountain within the darkest of the clouds, it is the faith and the confidence that tells you to hike another day, but with no faith or confidence, you will proceed up the mountain, within the strongest part of the storm, that they can and will, lead you to much pain and hurt before you. Because of the lack of faith and confidence, you have then put yourself into more troubling times, which now your better judgment becomes clouded, with much doubt and denial. The mountains will always be there, so when they become socked in from the dark clouds of the storm, then hike another day, so you can be rewarded with great views of the better day, be rewarded with a clear day within the light, as the darkness of clouds, are nowhere near, making for a quiet path, through this journey of life. Each reward that comes to us will bring us not just the faith and confidence in ourselves, but the faith and confidence in Jesus Christ as well, so we all can walk through the darkness of the storm, to get to the light on the other side, which is the peace and happiness, that Jesus showed us along his journey.

” With true faith and confidence, the darkness of the storm will never last, as the light will always light up the end of the storm as we move forward”

” Without any faith or confidence, the clouds become thicker and darker as they consume us dearly, into the power of doubt and denial”
